Babies and Toddlers
For the moment, we have paused the groups for Crèche and Little Stars. To help families to look at the Bible together during this time, we would recommend exploring the following online resources:
Clayton.tv has a number of great resources under the Browse: Kids section on this web-page.
Seeds Family Worship has produced this set of videos to help you learn 20 Bible verses as a family.
The Bible App and the Beginners Bible both have good apps for Bible content for kids.
And here are some free to purchase colouring pages with Bible verses, for both little and big people!
On Sundays we have a supervised crèche for 0-1s in the green room. Children can be dropped off from 9.20am. Please ask a member of the welcome team for directions.
Catriona Foley heads up the crèche team, with five people caring for the children each week.
Children aged 2 years can enjoy songs, stories and crafts to teach them simple truths about God in Little Stars. Children stay in for the first part of the service before heading upstairs to sing with Sparklers. The Little Stars then head for their own activities.
The Little Stars team is lead by Nicki Hall. During school holidays the Little Stars join crèche on a Sunday.
During the week
Baby and Toddler Group
During current government restrictions, the toddler group isn't meeting. Some of those who normally go along are chatting weekly via video call. If you're usually part of this group but haven't heard about the weekly chat, please get in touch with Naomi Wright.
The Baby and Toddler Group meets on Tuesdays from 10-11:30am at St Columbas halls on Upper Gray Street. For the children a typical morning involves crafts, snacks and free play with a wide variety of toys. The age of the children ranges from newborn babies to pre-schoolers.
Toddler Group is as much for the parents and carers as for their children. We’re a friendly bunch who love to meet others, so please join us and make some new friends over coffee!
If you would like to know more please email Naomi Wright
, Administrator, or just come along on a Tuesday morning.
